Learn how to make healthy, affordable and delicious lacto-fermented vegetables at home in just a few easy steps.

This is a workshop for people who have not tried fermenting before but would like to give it a go.

At the end of the workshop you will have a jar to take home to ferment full of local veg as well as a recipe formula so you can do it yourself
